Flexible Ticket Exchanges – Can’t attend your scheduled performance? Move your tickets into a different performance of the same title! Exchange fees are waived for subscribers. (Exchanges expire at least 24 hours prior to performance and policies can change depending on title)

Seat Upgrades – There’s no bad seat in Broadway but it doesn’t hurt knowing that we love working with our subscribers to find those PERFECT seats and have opportunities to upgrade each season. Upgrade requests may be submitted by contacting the Box Office between May 13th and June 26th. Renew your current seats or subscribe now to secure your place in line! *Please note: Your original seats are guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will remain in your current seats. We are unable to issue any refunds. However, we encourage you to check in with our friendly Box Office Specialists as seating options can change over time and we are happy to accommodate if at all possible!
Ticket Replacement – it happens, we’re all human and we sometimes misplace things. Lucky for you, as a season subscriber we’ve got your back and guarantee no ticket replacement fees, just come see our stellar ticketing team starting one-hour prior to performances and they’ll take care of you.

*Season ticket price of each Subscription seat reflects the face value of 5 show tickets, including a total of $20 in facility fees, and $35-$48 in handling fees depending on seat location. Donor Circle seats also include a $25 donation to support the Education and Community engagement initiatives with Broadway in Eugene.
