Flexible Ticket Exchanges – Can’t attend your scheduled performance? Move your tickets into a different performance of the same title! Exchange fees are waived for subscribers. (Exchanges expire at least 24 hours prior to performance and policies can change depending on title)

Seat Upgrades – There’s no bad seat in Broadway but it doesn’t hurt knowing that we love working with our subscribers to find those PERFECT seats and have opportunities to upgrade each season. Upgrade requests may be submitted by contacting the Box Office between May 13th and June 26th. Renew your current seats or subscribe now to secure your place in line! *Please note: Your original seats are guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will remain in your current seats. We are unable to issue any refunds. Ticket Replacement – it happens, we’re all human and we sometimes misplace things. Lucky for you, as a season subscriber we’ve got your back and guarantee no ticket replacement fees, just come see our stellar ticketing team starting one-hour prior to performances and they’ll take care of you.

*Season ticket price of each Subscription seat reflects the face value of 5 show tickets, including a total of $20 in facility fees, and $35-$48 in handling fees depending on seat location. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Renewal Deadline / Current 25/26 Season Subscribers: To retain your current seats you must renew your subscription by midnight on June 18, 2026. You may renew in person during our box office hours (Tuesday – Friday, Noon – 5 p.m. and Saturday, Noon – 3 p.m.) by phone (541-682-5000) during our box office hours or anytime, online by logging in to your Hult Center account.
Pricing: Your season package price is based on your seat location and performance choice. The price of each Subscription seat reflects the face value of 5 show tickets (which includes $20 in Venue Maintenance Fees), and $35-$48 in Membership/handling fees depending on seat location. Emerald Circle seats (premium Orchestra level) also include a $25 donation to Bridge to Broadway.
Upgrades: Beginning May 13, 2026, 26/27 subscribers may submit an upgrade request to the box office. Requests must be received by June 15, 2026, to be considered. Please note: Once you renew your subscription for the 26/27 season, your current seats are guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will remain in your current seats. We are unable to issue any refunds. However, we encourage you to check in with our friendly Box Office Specialists as seating options can change over time and we are happy to accommodate if at all possible!
Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged to another performance date/time of the same title; fees may apply. Exchanges must be completed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the performance you currently have. We are not able to offer refunds if your exchange results in a downgrade. Additional restrictions may apply and some performances may not allow exchanges.
Ticket policy: We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without compensation. The Hult Center may suspend orders or sharing capabilities for tickets suspected of fraud or policy violations. Tickets may also be held for Will Call until the original purchaser presents matching photo ID and credit card. Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.
