Patron Code of Conduct

Our venue celebrates lively, authentic audience engagement—laughter, gasps, quiet applause, or heartfelt affirmations are welcome! Children may express joy or wonder, and quiet, occasional human sounds (like shifting or coughing) are natural.

Disruptive behavior includes, but isn’t limited to, loud or repeated talking, persistent noise, blocking aisles, harassment, or device-related disruptions.

We don’t practice zero‑tolerance; instead, we focus on context and impact. Our team will gently address concerns and seek thoughtful resolutions. Eviction is a last resort, used only when disruption is persistent or unsafe.

If you feel your experience is affected, let us know. We’re here to ensure everyone sees themselves in this community space.
