Engage with Broadway

Bridge to Broadway

Bridge to Broadway is a program dedicated to creating connections and opportunities for youth in our community to experience and engage with Broadway.  We are committed to creating access for youth in our community to unite, be curious, and participate in the transformational power of the arts.

“To be able to share the beauty and power of a live theatrical performance of one of the most famous novels in American literature with my students while we are in the midst of actually reading it is one of the most profound experiences of my educational career.” – Bridge to Broadway recipient and teacher from Springfield High School on the production of ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’

“Hamilton is my favorite musical and I am grateful my brother and I got to see it at the Hult Center. I appreciate seeing people performing who look like me and my siblings. I would not have been able to afford to attend this show without the donation of the tickets and I am very grateful.” – Bridge to Broadway recipient from Habitat for Humanity of Central Lane on the production of ‘Hamilton’

Support Bridge to Broadway

In our inaugural season, the Bridge to Broadway program provided 575 youth in our community the opportunity to experience Broadway. Our goal in our second season is to double that number. Together we can make a greater impact! Our mission is only possible through the generosity of our donors, patrons, and sponsors.

Talkbacks

This season, we are excited to invite audience members to a free post-show talkback following select performances in a Broadway run! Audiences will have the opportunity to talk directly to cast and company members to learn about the show, what it’s like to perform in a Broadway tour, what their favorite songs are, and so much more!
