How To Enter
Submit your nomination by entering your information below and providing a short description of a #MOMwin or a #MOMfail moment along with a supporting photo. The Mom Nominations may be submitted June 28 through July 7. Voting on nominations begins July 1 and ends July 7. Users may vote one time per day. The Nomination with the highest number of votes at the end of the contest period will win Prize Package 1. The nomination with the second highest number of votes will win Prize Package 2. Winners will be announced at 10 am on July 8.
