Showstopper, Alesong
“Made in collaboration with the Hult Center for the Performing Arts to celebrate their 40th Anniversary, Showstopper lives up to its name! This newest Alesong imperial stout was formed to honor their vision of creating shared experiences that transform, engage, and unite. Showstopper is a rich and bold imperial stout that was barrel aged not once, but twice, to incorporate robust barrel characteristics from Elijah Craig bourbon and local Oregon distiller, Westward Whiskey. We gave the beer an encore on vanilla beans, and just like the upcoming 40th season at the Hult Center, this beer is stacked. It incorporates smooth notes of chocolate, caramel, and dark roasted malts.” – Team Alesong
