Ticketing FAQs

My show canceled. What do I need to do?

Refunds will be processed automatically to the credit card used in the original transaction. If an alternate payment method was used, a check will be sent in the mail.

My event is canceled, do I have to contact the Ticket Office or come in person to get a refund?

No, refunds will be processed in full automatically. You do not need to take any action.

My show was postponed. What if I cannot attend the rescheduled date?

Please contact the Ticket Office to either exchange your tickets into another event presented by the same organization (Some limitations may apply) or to request a refund. Please also consider donating the value of your tickets to the organization producing that event.

How will I know if an event is rescheduled?

As soon as the event is confirmed on a new date, or canceled, we will send notification via email to all ticket holders.

When can I reach the Ticket Office?

The Hult Center Lobby and Ticket windows are closed until further notice. Ticket Office staff can be reached by phone 541-682-5000 or email at hultcentertickets@eugene-or.gov.
