Purchasing Tickets

There are seven easy ways to purchase your Hult Center tickets:

Online* at HultCenter.org

Visit our website at HultCenter.org and check out what events are coming to our stages by clicking on the Calendar link. From nearly any event page, you can click "Buy Tickets Online," which will take you to our online ticket purchasing menu - or just click on the "Buy Tickets" icon on our home page. You can now choose your seats online!

 

By Phone*

You may call the Hult Center Ticket Office at 541.682.5000 to make your ticket purchases. [TTY (text telephone) Relay Service is available at 1.800.735.2900] You can always count on our friendly staff to provide you with excellent customer service for all of your Hult Center ticket transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 
Regular Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm,    Saturday, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
 

Visit the Hult Center Ticket Office

The Hult Center, located at 7th & Willamette, next to the Eugene Hilton Hotel & Conference Center, offers a full-service Ticket Office in the Lobby. Free 30-minute parking is available at convenient pull-ins on both 6th & 7th Avenues at Willamette Street. Our knowledgeable staff will assist you in meeting your seating preferences.
Regular Hours:  Tuesday - Friday, 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm,    Saturday, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
                              Monday - Saturday, open one hour prior to events  
                              Sunday, two hours prior to events

From the Kiosk in the Hult Center Lobby

Use the kiosk to purchase tickets or to pickup tickets purchased online. The kiosk is located to the left of the ticket windows in the Hult Center Lobby. (For best results when picking up will call tickets, bring the credit card used to purchase online)  
Regular hours:  Tuesday - Friday, 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm, Saturday, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
                              Monday - Saturday, open one hour prior to events  
                              Sunday, two hours prior to events

 

From the University of Oregon Ticket Office*

Tickets to Hult Center events may be purchased at the University of Oregon Ticket Office located inside the EMU at the corner of 13th & University.
Regular Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
                             Office closures & hours are subject to the University calendar

Tickets for Cuthbert Amphitheater

To purchase tickets for events at The Cuthbert Amphitheater, visit The Cuthbert.

Ticketing Policies   

• Examine your tickets for correct event, date and time.
• If there is a problem, contact the Hult Center Ticket Office at 541.682.5000. Your order may include a service fee.
• A ticket is required for everyone entering the theater, including infants. Some events may not allow young children.
• Cameras and recording devices of any kind are prohibited. Pagers, watch alarms, and cellular phones must be turned off during the performance.
• Event Parking fees apply. Discount parking books for the Hult Center garage and Parcade are available from the Ticket Office.
• Emergency contact number is 541.682.5087. Leave your seat locations with your babysitter or paging service.
• Recovered Lost & Found items are located at Hult Center Security at 541.682.5597.
• The building opens one hour before performances.
• At the request of many audience members with environmental allergies, we ask you to be sparing in your use of perfumes & scents.

Be Safe & Save When Buying Tickets

 

ALWAYS purchase your tickets from a primary ticketing company. Many secondary ticket companies or brokers lead you to believe that they are the official site for purchasing tickets. Ticket broker sites may even have "Hult Center" in the name of the website yet are not affiliated with the Hult Center Ticket Office in any way.

In addition, ticket prices on these sites are often inflated five to ten times the face value of the ticket!

To protect yourself, ALWAYS start at HultCenter.org to purchase tickets for performances at the Hult Center and other venues where our Resident Companies perform.
If you purchase tickets from a secondary ticketing company or ticket broker, we cannot guarantee that the tickets are legitimate. If there is a problem with tickets purchased from a secondary ticketing company, we will not be able assist you.
